Exchange Policy Details
One-Time Exchange: We provide a one-time free size or product exchange per order. Please refer to the size chart carefully before making your purchase.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Product Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Shipping Fees Please note that shipping charges and COD fees, if applicable, are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Pickup Attempts: We will make a maximum of three pickup attempts within 24–48 hours of your exchange request. Please ensure that you are available to avoid delays.
General Guidelines :
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Activewear products are subject to stringent hygiene checks. Items that do not meet our quality control standards will not be accepted for exchange.
